ERITREAN AUSTRALIAN MERCY ASSOCIATION INC. (Australia)

We would like to announce that we received financial support of $841 AUD (eight hundred and forty one Australian dollars) from the participants of the peace conference held in Brighton – UK conducted last month of May 2010.
The initiative came from the Eritrean social activist Ms. Selam Kidane who asked from our association some documentation i.e. pictures of the first generation of fighters which were presented to the participants at the conference in the exhibition accompanying the conference. We thank for the financial support presented, to each and every person who donated to this heroic and honorable segment of our society who were the vanguard of our armed struggle for independence and liberation.
We call upon all Eritrean communities around the world to follow the example of this noble deed and donate generously to help our needy people in any form.
